This is my very first post in the world of blogging! I am a busy mother of 4 beautiful, healthy children and am lucky enough to work in the world of Fitness. I am very passionate about my job and really feel privileged to be able to help others on their fitness and well being journeys.
I am a fully qualified REP (UK) Personal trainer & Pilates instructor as well as having experience in several group fitness classes.
Being a busy mother of 4 , I understand the time, budget and health constraints that we allow to stop us reaching our fitness goals. Having recently been diagnosed with both Hashimotos and Coealiacs, I know how important it is to not only ensure you are exercising but that you learn to eat well, sleep well, relax and reduce stress levels to ensure that your body is in fighting fit condition to handle any modern day problems that it comes across.
I will be using this blog to offer advise and help with fitness and wellbeing information so you can be the very best version of yourself that it is possible to be.
My own journey towards a healthy life has took several wrong turns and a few bumps in the road but I am confident that I am on the right track to a strong and happy healthy life.
